Cancellation Policy
By booking a class at Lumicore Pilates, you agree to our studio policies. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows were result in the loss of the class credit and a $10 penalty. Memberships require a minimum three month commitment and a 30-day notice to cancel. Class schedules are subject to change and classes with no participants may be canceled. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in and ensure a smooth start to class. Grip socks and mat towels are required for safety and comfort. We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment to all our members.
